1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Edray Institute Student Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use the portal.

2. Eligibility

The portal is intended exclusively for students enrolled in Edray Institute's Live Session or Crash Course programs.

Access may be suspended or revoked when enrollment expires or is terminated.

3. Student Accounts

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Students agree:

• Not to share their account with anyone.
• Not to allow another person to access the portal using their credentials.
• To notify Edray Institute immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

4. Educational Resources

All educational content available through the portal, including:

• Notes
• Videos
• Quizzes
• Presentations
• PDFs
• Worksheets
• Assessments
• Learning Materials

is the intellectual property of Edray Institute unless otherwise stated.

Students may use these resources only for their own educational purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Share login credentials
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute portal content
• Record or distribute Live Sessions without permission
• Upload malicious software
• Misuse the portal
• Disrupt Live Sessions
• Violate applicable laws

6. Live Sessions

Students are expected to:

• Join classes on time
• Behave respectfully
• Follow teacher instructions
• Maintain appropriate conduct during classes

Edray Institute reserves the right to remove participants who violate these rules.

7. Google Calendar and Google Meet

The portal uses Google Calendar and Google Meet to manage Live Sessions.

By using the portal, students agree to receive Google Calendar invitations and Google Meet links related to their enrolled courses.

8. Intellectual Property

All portal software, branding, logos, educational materials, graphics, documents, videos, quizzes, and other content remain the property of Edray Institute unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

9. Availability of Services

We aim to provide reliable access to the Student Portal.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, or third-party service outages.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Edray Institute may suspend or terminate portal access if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Shares login credentials
• Misuses educational materials
• Attempts unauthorized access
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior

11. Limitation of Liability

Edray Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Student Portal.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet providers, Google services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Changes to Terms

Edray Institute reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
